Knit Purl Hotpads - 4 Patterns



Knit purl Hotpad 1 – Easy

Purple rectangle KK loom
1/2 Skein of Wool Ease thick and quick
---- USE ONLY HEAVY DUTY YARN ----
Crochet hook - loom tool - Yarn needle
Print these instructions and mark off the rows as you go.
Working time = 1 hour

Using only one side of the purple kk loom
Cast on 15 stitches using the chain method or your favorite method Note – It doesn’t matter if you work to the left or to the right. This is row 0.
Note – This pattern uses sets of 4 rows per section.

Row 1 - Purl stitch all 15 pegs. Bring the yarn to the front of the pegs after you cast on, don’t pull too tight.
Row 2 – Knit all 15 pegs.
Row 3 – Purl all 15 pegs.
Row 4 – Knit all 15 pegs.
Row 5 – purl3, Knit3, p3, K3, p3
Row 6 - p3, K3, p3, K3, p3
Row 7 - p3, K3, p3, K3, p3
Row 8 - p3, K3, p3, K3, p3

Bind off – Use a crochet hook to cast off loosely. Leave a long tail and chain stitch a loop for hanging.
